The Rice Aharoni Trial should commence end of next week or beginning of following week. Discovery is in process. Sirrom is worse than ACRT in certain ways. Management is not criminal but accouting is just as bad. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter are whores to take them on the road for a secondary which is getting the stock juiced up. At worst SIR is the world's best hedge against the market. At best it is a ticking time bomb with a portfolio of mispriced securities ready to blow up. patience. MR. pink
