I spent some time getting to know Hawkwind tonight. I like them! Interesting songs. Master of the Universe reminded me a little of Ozzy for some reason and some of the vocal phrasings in Motor Way City reminded of the Buggles Living in the Plastic Age. Were those artists influenced by Hawkwind? Favorite song so far is the dreamy Southern Cross from Onward. Love that song as it drifts along. In fact, I really like Onward. How do you rank their albums? What would you say are your top 3 favorites? Thanks again for bringing them to my attention!
