THE biggest thing Poilievre will do is to use an Order in Council to expropriate a corridor, coast to coast in which electricity, oil and gas pipelines can be built by the private sector, unfettered by woke eco terrorists, first nations, greens and climate scientologists. This would be as big as building the trans canada railroad. It will be challenged in the courts, but parliament has supremacy over the courts if laws are passed, either in parliament or in Order in Council.
