Great stories, great legends and I believe hereditary aristocracy is evil, they're really just a bunch of monkeys.
The problem with Rat is he is out of his corn-fed Marxist mind, he would not know what to do with confiscated wealth from billionaires. Rat does not really want a billionaires wealth as much as he wants to see them do the walk of shame after his comrades have confiscated their wealth and broke them and begging for forgiveness. They would cry, please Rat forgive us for having more talent, enterprise and work ethic than you could ever muster, please take our money, please, please Rat!

koan talks about educating everyone to PhD level but what he really wants is free-lunches and free gambling chips for him and his cronies. Under koan rule money would be spent so fast kids would not graduate from play-school before the system declared bankruptcy.

I used to be a firm believer in a flat-tax, close loopholes and deductions and find a rate of taxation that pays for things, such as roads, armies and a basic level of health care. Now I believe the very rich should pay no taxes, because they are using their money to drive the economy and employ others.

Anyone that has over $87,000,000 would pay no taxes in my system.
