There is NO question in my mind that ISLI will continue to win many more large Y2K remediation projects because:

(1) ISLI's Factory 2000 is a superior/proven software/service offering, and

(2) Only a few industry's (such as telecommunications) have seriously begun to attack the Y2K problem so far....most Y2K articles usually pinpoint mid98 and 99 as the timeframe for the awarding of Y2K contacts, and

(3) ISLI HAS the Software and Services and MARKETING FOCUS/DESIRE/THRUST to continue relationships far BEYOND any Y2K remediation effort it completes for client companys, and

(4) ISLI has been forming powerful/leverageable/profitable alliances with complimentary software/service companys (MCI, SEGUE, SEEQ, others presumably to come)....this only extends ISLI's Solution Offerings,

(5) ISLI is showing that their turnaround, refocus, growth in revenue and profitability CONTINUES and IS REAL. It may take some additional proving for analysts to BELIEVE....ISLI in not the first company to make a successful turnaround and NOT be believed until proven and reproven (some others are Unisys and Borland)...time will show.

Just some random musings
