The health of our democracy and the rule of law and welfare of our society takes precedent over individuals, why we have red lights and stop signs-lol!

And if you study your history, you will see in the 1950's they have VERY high taxes on the rich, and it was a golden era economically! So, so much for that theory the rich will desert us.

And as the Republicans systematically destroyed the unions, the middle class declined in an almost perfect correlation.

And we lost our middle class!

You have these preconceived ideas that do not comport with science or history!

Do you not get, it's the rich who create small business, entrepreneurs? Not all are bad. Most become rich by their risk of investments, which is 2-3-10x the risk the average Joe making 1-$2-3 100k. You take away the incentive of the rich... might say, would be bad for business. Trump has what, 3,000 employees, 200-300 small business working for him? Take away his, others incentive to continue, what happens? If they stop caring, there will be less we entrepreneurs for incentive to grow/advance life, being the purpose of Life..
