No we aren't. We paid that back decades ago.

And Bush's two dumb unfunded wars added a ton to the deficit.

But did you not know, if Bush had done nothing in 2000, Clinton's administration was running surpluses and projections were that we would be out of debt entirely in just 12 years.

And the minute Bush got in he made HUGE tax cuts and up went the debt again.

Those are facts!
