Good morning Sonny,

Today maybe the last peaceful Sunday before the Desert-Strike, Act II!

Watching CNN it seems Kufi Anan is making good progress negotiating with Saddam. However, even if Saddam yields now, six months down the road he will make another crisis! I have been watching this story for years and I have come to the conclusion that the present crisis was created by Iraqi's with Russians full blessing, only to push US to the brinks of war, and back-away at the last moment, strapping some concession from the UN, such as removing the sanctions! Maybe the President of the United States, should tell Iraqi's that the US tax payer will not pay for this Mickey Mouse games of evey six months making the tax payers spend billions in mobiliztion expense, only to see Saddam back away. So, the bill for built-up, regardless there is strike or no strike.will come out of Iraqi's future oil sells! Sort of like what we call Mobilization Fee. When it comes to money, I think this guy will think twice before re-enacting The Mouse that Roared!(you remember that one?)

There is a great difference between Dell and CPQ! CPQ doesn't get any
respect, and Dell does. I can't see why? I hope to see the shares start moving up, as apart from the merger, I can't find a reason for the shares not to performh!!

Kind regards,

Yaacov
