Mike...

Took your advice to drop by here. I got back to my Q+ demo a little while ago. So far, I can't make it do squat! Is that progress? In fact, I dumped everything I had and downloaded the demo anew. I'm not at all certain I had it properly installed as it did some quirky things, or did nothing at all.

I can't get it to let me update the missing files for the demo to be current. It asks for a user name and password. The material with it says this has already been programmed in for the demo and I don't need to enter anything. When I hit OK, it asks for the input again. An ugly circle, so far.

No one will ever appreciate how much I HATE learning new software!!! Especially, when such seemingly simple instructions do not work.

I'm open to ideas here, folks. Even the telephone number with the Demo is apparently no good. What's a newbie to do? HELP! Ken
