Why do I differ from the left on the "imminent cli mate change tipping point?" (Remember when VP Gore decided to remake himself from a Southern Dermocrat into a Climate Warrior the left could like? He wrote Earth In The Balance and preached James Hansen's gospel of imminent climate change when all manner of bad things would happen right away, like all the ice in the Arctic melting away. That was a long time ago and the inninent deadlines have past w/o all the predicted bad stuff happening.) But talk to people on the left and they will still say the long dreaded tipping point is still just a few years away. That's cult thinking of course. Alarmism designed to sow panic to justify things that aren't really justified.. You can lie about me being on the left but I don't believe all the stuff they do. Clearly, unlike you, I can make my own mind up w/o regard to what any cult says.
