Koan, NATO has 32 countries that combined have much more power than Russia or the US. Only in theory. In practice, NATO is strong primarily because of America's leadership. Part of the benefits of said leadership is that each country doesn't have to develop its own version of any given military technology, whether it be tanks, artillery, stealth fighter jets, etc. (The exception is drones, but that's relatively new.) Once America leaves the alliance thanks to Trumperialism, NATO will have to really scramble in order to increase cooperation between its member nations. Eventually they'll figure it out, but PooTin can benefit tremendously in the chaos that precedes it. If only PooTin wasn't permanently stuck in his three-day war of choice ... Tenchusatsu

NATO has 32 countries that combined have much more power than the US. Here's a fact for you, koan. The US military budget is twice as large as all other NATO members combined. Our power overwhelms them. NATO is nothing without the US.

Looks like we both wrong koan. Trump looks to be grabbing Greenland. Europe is going to do a Neville Chamberlain and hold up a piece of paper. Now the Nordic Defence Cooperation, Britain, France, Germany can probably see off Donald, Musk and his motely crew, but just as we start kicking butt, that's when we get a Trump card and Putin rolls his tanks over our Eastern border. Then Greenland is Partitioned between USA and Russia. Europe loses out... BIG... no Greenland!
