Here is Liberal strategy: Trump will exempt Quebec hydro and Alberta oil and gas because he is after Ontario auto sector jobs. PM Carney will tell Ontario and Maritimes he will put an export tax on Quebec hydro and Alberta oil and gas that the industry will have to eat, if they want to save their auto sector jobs and transfer payments, vote Liberal. The entire Maritimes and GTA will swing to Liberal and win a majority. It is the oild Liberal divide and conquer and it works.
