Drew, Yes, 4000 shares is nothing...but it is also the 8th 144 filed in a 2 week period by 7 different insiders for a total of 496,000 shares...perhaps still not relevant, but certainly an intriguing piece of information. I have previously disclosed that I own some puts, so it shouldn't be news that I am not as optimistic as most on this thread. Though the put position is as much in anticipation of a general tech selloff, as it is a pure bet against GTW. I just think they will sell off faster and further than a DELL or CPQ in such a downturn. Regards, Dave
