When you contribute as much to this thread in the way of information

as I have, then I might listen to your advice, but I'm still waiting for that to happen. And waiting and waiting....

In the meantime when it says (Off Topic) it means just that.

You can skip reading it if you want to. That's why it says (Off Topic) but if you don't then don't favor me with your boring pathetic shallowness unless you can comprehend the subject matter. If you are not up to figuring out what is going on around you, I don't need to hear about it.

=========================

As to Novell, if you have anything to post other than anxiety attacks over your holdings then lets hear it. You should realize that no one owes you an analysis to help you with your investments. There are several people that post here that post earning reports analysis in advance of release. Maybe you've pissed them all off enough not to bother to share any information with you.

So why don't you go do something useful like find out the conference call telephone number or whether Schmidt will be interviewed anywhere.

That will give you something useful to do.

In the meantime GFY in anticipation of Novell earnings.

Hi Frederick,

Since Asia accounts for about 14% of Novells revenue with the majority of that coming from Japan, labeling discussions of that economy as (off topic) is more a courtesy to those who would prefer to go through life with their heads in the sand. The attack on the Hong Kong dollar caused in the neighborhood of a 20% drop in the value of NOVL over night. If you don't believe this has anything to do with your investment, I feel sorry for you.

As a result of Paul and Dwight's posts, I did a great deal of research on my own. So far I haven't been able to find anything that suggests the information they have shared on the thread to be anything but accurate. Time will tell if their analysis is overly bearish. The information and it's potential impact is very real.

My biggest losses in the stock market have been a direct result of not wanting to believe I made a mistake and refusing to correct the mistake while the losses were still small. Attacking the messenger for bearing bad news is the work of a fool. One of the best sources of information I find on the threads is informed opinions different from my own. It almost always suggests avenues of research that had not occurred to me. I may not agree with the opposing view point when I'm done checking it out, but I can guarantee you I have more information than I started with when I'm done.

Regards,

Don

How smart?
What is it about (really about) NOVL that makes it a $9+ stock within the next twelve months? Aside from prayer and tape painting.
