Bob said he is still in Intel and the
stock is acting like it wants to
go to new highs.

He also talked about Merrills analyst
Kurlak. He said the man was wrong on his
bearish view on Intel.

Bob is absolutely NOT recommending Intel. He has pointed out he personally trades the stock and is in and out frequently. He apparently is currently in the stock but could be out at any time. I think he gets annoyed when people misinterpret his mention of INTC as a recommendation. In fact he has never recommended anybody buy INTC either in his newsletter or on the air as far as I know
