Metastock data questions

I'm currently a SuperCharts 4 user but am considering switching to MetaStock 6.5 and have a question about data sources. I'm currently using Dial/Data as my end-of-day data source and I notice that MS supports them but I am wondering what support MS provides for historical CD-ROM prices. I'm currently using Omega's quarterly CD-ROM service which provides historical data going back 25+ years and integrates seamlessly with the data from the current quarter that I download from Dial/Data. Does MS support this same structure or do they use a different structure for historical data? How does it work and what is the approximate cost?

Thanks for the info.
