Did anyone know that Mr. Scott Feagan, the President of AGISS Corporation resigned couple of weeks ago? This info was not communicated with the shareholder community at all.. I left a message for Mr. Huber, Dir. of Bus. Dev. at AGISS to see whats happening at the compnay? the stock?

No final contract yet between TPII/BMR---however the Letter of Intent for exclusive rights to Vertex 2000 cover all of Canada. Throw in a dash of steel (Dofasco) and you see why TPRO could be in the mix.
