Yep,

Puget Sound Energy, an investor owed utility mostly in rural Western Washington doesn't own dams except for a very small one on the Snoqualmie river built in 1899.

PSE also buys a large amount of hydropower from the BPA system run by the U.S. Government from Federal dams on the Columbia River such as Grand Coulee.

PSE get's most of it's power from Montana, a jointly owned coal fired power plant which is also scheduled to close in the next few years.

I thought Hawaii closed it's last coal fired plant last year?
