You are about to have a neurosurgeon perform a very long and delicate operation on your brain, the odds of success are very low. You are allowed to pick the surgeon to perform the surgery: You pick: A) Someone who looks like you B) Someone who uses the same pronouns as you C) A doctor dressed in a hajib and wearing a Hamas flag emblem D) Someone who is from a far-off land and does not speak English E) Someone who graduated at the top of their medical school class, has performed hundreds of successful similar surgeries and is oft quoted in medical journals.
