slacker, I have heard the rumblings about China. But Apple has had incentives before on its phones at this time of year if I am remembering correctly. I would have thought if Apple was doing as poorly in China as some have been reporting, then they should have warned about the quarter(unless it was already priced into the guidance for the quarter). I don't know what will be reported this next quarter. I did sell some shares to replenish some cash this year. I sold from around 231 to about 243. I just don't have a real good feel for how things are going. The doom and groomers haven't been correct so far for the most part. But, then again, neither have the Apple bulls.The thing that has been very positive for Apple is their margin growth. That has enabled earning to be reasonable.
