Hi Bruce, glad to have you on board! NETZ is as yet a non-reporting company - that's why you haven't been able to find anything on them. For the latest info, which I believe is just pre-Softbank Interactive purchase, see Post #695 from Matty G. In that post is a link to the S&P company-sponsored OTC:BB company info. Click on Netmaster and you'll get a pretty good summary of what we know so far. On the reporting, my understanding is that they are feverishly working on it as we post and read here. When I spoke to IR about three weeks they said they were trying for the end of Feb., but weren't sure if they would make the deadline. This date is apparently a company-imposed one, because, according to the SEC, who I called after speaking to IR at Zulu, the date has no significance [to the SEC]. IMHO, I also believe that they have,as one former poster put it, felt the pressure of the impending (now, obviously done) IPO of DoubleClick to get financials out. Further to this: NETZ is currently in a quiet period, which again, IMHO, really shows to me that they are indeed serious about getting financials out. Read the last twenty or so posts, Matty, Bob Frey,a nd others have done very well in trying to get summary info on NETZ to new investors. They (NETZ) said all the way back tin Nov-Dec., and consistently since, that they want to work toward a listing. See the NASDAQ home page for a list of criteria on this.
