I haven't heard about Princeton recently. I just got this letter in the mail regarding Minco, the "parent" of Princeton. Perhaps I should start a new thread

We enclose a new share certificate from Crosby Financial Corporation which until now has been a subsidiary of Minco American Corporation.

The Board of Directors decided to distribute the shares of this company to our shareholders in proportion to their present holdings in Minco American Corporation.

These shares do not presently have any market value and no market exists for the sale or purchase of these shares and they have been restricted for sale for a period of 2 years from the issue date.

At the present time Crosby Financial Corporation has no current operations however, it's chief operating officer Edward Crosby, President is pursuing development of extensive Real Estate Financing resources and expects to have operations in place during the next 12 months.
