What’s beyond belief to me is the fact Canadians are satisfied with the government we’ve had... It's important to note that not all provinces receive Equalization payments every year. For instance, provinces like Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Saskatchewan did not receive payments in 2023–24 due to their higher fiscal capacities.
