Sharkie, Works in the Netherlands and other countries I've been over this before. The only thing that works is treating addicts. The only way legalization helps is by shifting government focus toward treatment. Without that, legalization is doomed to fail, as Oregon just demonstrated. Tenchusatsu P.S. - This is also why Trump's new "war on fentanyl" is doomed to fail. No matter how many trade wars he starts, he can't stop the flow of fentanyl. No one can, as long as there is demand for it.
