There are lots of reports of him using it at parties. They don't just hand you over a vial of ketamine when it is prescribed. It is to be used in a controlled environment for good reason. Now with your of "evidence", I am sure even catching him with a needle in his arm in a bathroom stall would still be fanwanked as no big deal, but... Or at least I was told when it was floated by me.
