<I would suggest however that Peyote and other mind-altering substances may prove more useful in any "realistic" discussions of this company's potential for an inpact on the world's transportation needs.>

Perhaps Hubert has passed through the "Doors of Perception" more
than once, himself....motorcycle racers are often drug abusers. I
knew George Kerker a long time ago. George used to get his kicks from "squeeze", inhaling nitrous oxide. He did it once too often.

Herb, The JATO story was refreshing. Who knows, maybe the guy was getting ready for the uphill bobsled in the next Olympics.

I've seen a lot of remarks about the road test last week concerning lack of a control car, low speed, abnormal driving conditions, etc. At this stage of the game, these are not critical issues.

Having worked in research most of my adult life, it is always nice to know what the potential is. If nothing else, BAT went a long way in establishing that potential for a one ton vehicle with a three cylinder diesel engine. All these other little concerns for detail are typical of research; i.e., once completed, we usually find with more questions than answers.

Sorry Folks, This is Required Reading. Microcrap Fraud.

BTW, just did a search on altavista for "the next microsoft" and got back 526 URLs.
