I am well aware of the Justice Scalia Supreme Court decision in the 1980s.

That needs to change.

There is an issue of where you burn the flag in public places or on your private property.

There is also the issue of whose flag you are burning whether it is a flag you bought on your own or someone else's flag and that includes a municipality.
