Daryn:

I agree. A reverse split will result in a complete wipe out. It will be back to near a dime in weeks after the split.

"Hot air" is a polite way of stating the truth here. One has to wonder what this company is all about and what the directors are doing. Whose interest have they been looking out for. The last report that we received in the quarterly report stated that the "directors" were going to be "paid" appropriately for their time, when the Martucci deal goes through. What about the stock holders! We had supported a company that boasted of great dealings and potential, only to find that anything that they were involved with ends with legal battles and an "empty ore cart"! Stock was thrown around to try to cover up their debts. Investing in a gold company stock is always "high risk", but this one was more of a financial company that really didn't have any business or expertise for being in the mining business in the first place. They have taken down (from a high of $.28 to $.09) their own company. One should go back and research how the present parties got involved in Franklin in the first place.
