We all wondered why no OEMs announcements during that period, I think the answer was that Brocade was on the road telling vendors they needed to wait for A/L. And then they came out with this kludgy daughter card solution which apparently they haven't even delivered yet. Anybody want to guess why they did another round of financing instead of an IPO? It wouldn't be fun to have to answer to shareholders on their current status! Yeah - I think they are having to reposition. Oh, btw, they are supposed to be able to do 8,16, even 64 ports on an ASIC (wilhu) - so are we going to have a single ASIC solution for this 8 port switch? < She appears to be a very creative. She must be left handed.> Creativity does not make up for poor engineering. bp
