I had a CHP leap out of his car with gun drawn and pointed at me. Me and the two guys with me jumped back and fell down a slope. We should have sued that asshole.
So you had a gun pointed at you and you jumped backward. Appropriate response. What do you think would have happened if you ran toward the cop with his gun trained on you? You might have been shot, like Ashli, exactly my point
