The PC week article basically said that some Iomega drives fail with the clicking problem. I'm not arguing that some drives do, in fact, fail. However, all other media has its own problems. Neither of us knows the prevalence of the clicking problem, but we do know that Iomega has said that it's not that significant. What is your problem with these facts? Do you think Iomega is lying? Are you just bitter because a Zip drive failed on you?

The point is that Zip is reliable enough for Iomega to still make plenty of money on it.
