George Floyd was subdued, handcuffed, and was no threat when he was lying on the ground face down, with Chauvin's knee on his neck for approx 9 minutes, while he was pleading that he could not breathe. Ashli was part of a mob of rioters that were breaking into a secured area manned by police with guns drawn. Quite a difference there big boy. You even said that you had a gun on you from the CHP and that you fell backward........you did not advance toward the officer. I had a gun drawn on me from a police officer in a tense situation, and I will tell you that when he positioned himself with his gun drawn, I threw up my hands and stopped dead in my tracks.
