Bob is the first to acknowledge that there are no guarantees in the stock market. However, it certainly seems logical that the sell signal, if it is given, should be at a level above 7500.

From a personal standpoint, I jumped into the market head over heels when he issued his latest "gift horse buying opportunity" signal (below 6,600 on the Dow??). Since that time, I have been so overweighted in equities that I just couldn't rationally invest more when the Dow dipped below 7,500. So, a Dow level of 7,500 really has no special significance to me.
