Steven, try:

c<hhv(c,250)*.97 and c>hhv(c,250)*.93. You can adjust the percents to suit your range.

This will give you stocks within 5% of their highest close in the last 250 trading days:

CLOSE >= HHV(CLOSE,250)*.95

You could make it a weekly exploration by going to Exploration options and selecting Weekly, and also changing the periods to 52.

You might want to change the price array in the HHV() function to use the High if that is what you want to base the 5% drop off of.
