Blankmind, I guess we are only looking for satisfied users.... We have been lead to believe that MUSE had anywhere between 30-50% efficiency, but even a 40% we are still 10 times below expected refill rates... And I don't believe the supply problem can explain this discrepancy (We should have 4 regular users for 1 new user. Simple statistics would tell us that long term users would have more success at getting their hand on the product)... As for profitability, I guess refills are important for LONG TERM profitability, don't you agree???? Bob >> I guess I'm asking you so what? What does your analysis mean exactly? Are you saying that the financials are bogus? Or MUSE doesn't work? What exactly are you saying.
