All, as a share holder, you have to like the sound of this from the latest 10Q:

<<Assuming the conversion of all outstanding preferred
stock, the exercise of existing warrants and the fulfillment of other existing commitments, a substantial portion of the Company's 240 million shares of authorized common stock would be committed.

Should such conversions occur, further dilution of the common stock would result, and the Company would be required to seek approval of its stockholders to authorize additional shares.>>

Yeah, and 2 years ago if you had invested 50,000 in SYQT and 50,000 in IOM it would be a very different story.

But neither case matters. You can't go back to 6 months ago or to 2 years ago and invest. You have to make your choice now.
