Okay, but that isn't evidence that Trump has behaved as a tyrant. He is simply trying to negotiate for a piece of land that isn't living up to its potential. He sees that, many if not most of the residents see that, and Trump is suggesting a negotiation. Maybe they're not ready, maybe they are. It is an offer to negotiate on the table. It was entirely proper to put that offer on the table. It may go nowhere because the 50K people there haven't give it much thought. It isn't an attempt to overthrown anyone or take the place by force. Trump is just trying to open a negotiation for interests of the Americas and the rest of the world. Nothing wrong with that. If you don't ask you don't get.
