All:...if there are any of you left out there monitoring this thread! The pre-trial hearing will take place mid June. From what I've heard, sounds like the trustee & the firm he hired are not coming up with a lot of positives as regards the parties they are going after. It's the opinion of several of the interested Dallas parties that Judge Abramson "might" be inclined to deal harshly with the law firm that is doing the litigation, meaning perhaps, denying their fees & ordering them to return the monies they've charged up already which, I imagine, are very substantial. Also, one interested stock holder of long record might be going after KCM individually which I think has merit. It's going to take longer then anybody first expected, considering where they're at now. Stay tuned.... Dennis
