Craig,

Congrats on being a long term FTEL shareholder! I feel that your "concern" right now, is more than likely "anxiety" over the upcoming events!! ? I personally take that "anxiety" one step further to "excitement". We are RIGHT NOW, reaching for that gold ring!!

Given the Nasdaq listing, Shareholders meeting, gateway deployment, FNet IPO, new PR Firm,.......it's hard not to be excited (concerned, anxious, etc.)

I'm sitting on a ton of ftel/fnet, and my greatest concern is that I don't have enough!!!

How is this meeting going to move up the stock price? We'll have to wait and see, but it's as simple as SUPPLY AND DEMAND!!!!

An Excited Shareholder!!!!

MJ

PS- Oh!! Don't forget about the Computer Telephony Expo being held in
Los Angeles on March 3,4, & 5. HANG ON TIGHT TO THOSE SHARES!!!!!

EXPOSURE.....EXPOSURE......EXPOSURE........

Craig showing concern is human. I submit to you however that its been a long ride for you and it would be a shame to move away so some newbie can buy your stock and spend your patience. You earned the right to see this through.
You also asked How this meeting make the stock go up? In itself it probably will have very little effect on the price unless they make an announcement at the meeting. It will provide us the shareholders the opportunity to ask questions and express concerns. This will be a feel good session for both sides. I'm sure you realize how far Franklin has come during your tenure. Ask yourself whos going to be more excited at the meeting, the shareholders, or the people that have brought this company all the way back to the brink of worldwide recognition of a bb company and its tiny subsidiary (#7 and aiming higher).

Just one mans opinion

It was suggested in previous posts that FTel shareholders might possibly given a certain number of Fnet shares. Does anyone know if this issue is being considered by Ftel's management? It would be nice if someone attending the shareholders meeting on Feb 27th, would inquire in to this aspect. Thanks in advance!
