Ca will serve you well but wait till the water arrives. Lived there before (Buena Park, Long Beach and Hawthorne) - taxes and crime are just too high. Besides I have too many banned firearms to indulge in my other hobbies. Thinking Southern Utah or Texas might be good options, Florida would be nice but not a fan of such high humidity. Some people talk about Tennessee but I know very little about the state, taxes or weather. While I wait for the claimed temp increase I'll toss another tire on the fire pile.
