Nothing to fear but fear itself?

I would fear chemical/biological weapons more if he had the means to deliver them.

I think Iran has more oil? But....Clinton doesn't have the balls to get tough enough on Saddam. And it appears no one is prepared to spent the money...

Be prepared for a small bombing campaign and terrorist retaliation...

markets won't be effected until spillover?

Jeff

I think that if Saddam already had his grubby hands on a nuke, he would be brazen (and foolish) enough to let everyone know about it, and threaten to use it if the US attacked Iraq again. That man is a loose cannon, and knowing he has several underground command centers buried so deep that they can withstand even direct hits by nuclear warheads, he has a sense of security that further feeds his reckless bravado. It's apparent he doesn't give a damn what happens to his people. He'd play russian roulette with the rest of the world and his thumb on the red button.

<<Considering Iraq is sitting on the second largest oil supply ($$$$)in the world I would have to say that he already has a nuke.>>

If Saddam had a nuke, he would use it against Israel 5 minutes later. But after the Israelis took out their breeder reactor some years back, and the Gulf war, they do not have the capability to build (buy on the black market is always a possibility with the loose control the former Soviet countries have shown).

<<With all of that wealth what do you think of the chances of him dealing with China? I hate to say it but I think the situation is worse then are government is letting us know.>>

Always a possibility of course, but it also distracts from Monica, and Clinton would not be the first to use that kind of distraction.
