Go to this site and do a boolean search. 1st term, Qualcomm or Ericsson or Nokia, Lucent, AT&T, Motorola, GE, Alcatel, Siemens. Second term use CDMA.
Also specify all for a total search of the years back to 1976. You will see that QCOM has 47, Ericsson has 37, Nokia has 17.

Pay particular attention to dates and references. These aren't the full blown patents, but a short description. As to which ones QCOM are the ones, again I've not seen a full detail proposal from ETSI, only PR crap.
