>>>The only way to end it is wipe out the whole damn country, what do think when you see them burning the American flag and chanting death to America? Savages have no regard for anyones lives including their own.<<<

The Iraqi people aren't savages. They're just like the Kuwaitis, Saudis, Jordanians, and the rest of the arabian peoples. I have lived in Iran and Saudi for a combined 9 years, and I know the arabian people to be very civilized, kind, and hospitable. For example, considering that in Saudi there existed scarcely any violent crime, it could be argued that a nation with a population of over 1 million convicted criminals is far more barbaric.

Don't confuse what Saddam's propaganda machine wants you to see, as the truth. Those western film crews in Iraq are allowed to cover what Saddam's regime allows them to. That is why all you see of the Iraqi people is flag-burning and angry mobs on CNN. Also, this very same propaganda machine is pumping anti-western sentiments into the Iraqi public through all channels of its own media. Recall that after WW1 ended, the terms of peace forced Germany into a state of indentured slavery, where the economy was in ruins yet they still had to pay the military bills of the victors. As a result, the German people were bitter and very susceptible to Hitler using this anger as the seeds to cultivate into anti-Jew racism and a belief that they were the superior human race. Saddam has been doing the same thing to his own people. They have been oppressed for several years now, and they have learned to hold the US and UK responsible, rather than their own leader. With the US military might surrounding them from all sides, you can see why the people would hold us accountable for their grief...it's been so long that they have forgotten what got them in this mess in the first place.

The problem is one man and his regime.

Hi Tim!

Don't be too harsh on the people of Iraq. I hate Saddam, but those poor people have to do what they are told or else their heads will roll in the same streets where they are chanting burning the American flag. I am a naturalized citizen. Most of you Americans do not understand the depravity of freedom in countries like Iraq. You probably can't even imagine it. We complain here in the good USA for things that those people in Iraq will die for.

From myself- < Savages have no regard for anyones lives including their own>

First off let me apology for this statement. I know that there are good people over there with no way out and if they do go against their leader they will be killed.
