That was from the SDC facility (10's of thousands).

Re -- And as for the yields, you are off by a factor of 10. They are (0.25um) above 50% in Fab 25!

Oh yeah? Then why has IBM not released a 266 Mhz system yet, and Cybermax not have a notebook.
