OK, so please educate me as to the prehistory of this company.

I'm familiar with companies going public via shells. Sounds like this happened with NETZ. Still, it's nice to know the origins of things.

Matty, where did the 7 million number come from for Dec.? Is
thjs an estimate somebody made from this board, or from the company itself.

Thanks for any light you can shed on this number and also
any idea where the 30 million outstanding shares number came
from?
