Hi Asky: Congratulations and welcome to the Dell thread, land of free-thinkers and cheerleaders for the champion of the computers wars. <<< Will Dell will make it again this year based on analyst's estimates.??>>>> Peacelover has provided a new name for commercial analysts- the 'paper pimps's. Dell will beat their estimates, as usual. On rare occasions since early last year, Pat, Gabriel,Jim, myself and others have taken the risky course of stateing an an ESTMATE of Dells future price, that has been much closer to the actual result. If not for that attack of Asian flu we would have been very close. Historically, Dell has gone up around $0.33 per day,the company fundamentals and future just as good today as they were a year ago. The result would be a 100% increase in stock price for 1998 year. Looking at other factors, IMO Dell will do much better, but 100% is enough to make buy/ hold/sell decisions. Sig
