James, Are we still talking about AGTI??? "Middle management female"?? I have met nearly every management employee of the company, but no one who fits this description. Sounds like a crock to me, posted by someone who has a personal agenda. For starters, you may want to respond by asking where this employee is located. Any answer other than Vancouver, BC should be viewed with suspicion. Financial problems should come as no surprise to anyone, but I have heard of no problems involving either litigation, the SEC, or the IRS. Anything is possible, but I place little stock in unsubstantiated rumors. What legal problems? What "big time" problems with the SEC? What ongoing problems with the IRS? I would appreciate some detail on this one. Hardrocker

Before copying another source and pasting your information, please contact the person that posted this message and have them verify with some facts...by posting without you checking into it first leads to confusion and speculation...that post has other motives behind it and unfortunately you took the bait and spread the word...too many good things are happening right now and there are many on this board that have close contacts that would have known about something like this long ago...I take that information with a grain of salt...
