Elizabeth,
There are two answers to your question:
1. I bought NOW, because I just got some money to burn. Plus, technically it looks like JMAR might be ready to get higher.
I've heard of JMAR technology (the X-ray lithography IS the future) since last Dec in an article in IBD. DARPA (who sponsored the Internet technology) seems to be interested. It is an issue of National importance: to keep our leadership in latest tech.
JMAR has to execute: move fast, keep the deadlines, otherwise the big guys will eat them alive.

2. I am a little bit disappointed with the (too) conservative management of NANO - the CEO is 75. They sit on lots of cash and just do not know what to do with that. JMAR has ideas, but has no money. I always favor ideas over money. I think the "marriage" between NANO and JMAR would be a happy one. Money AND ideas is a beautiful couple.
Cheers,
Dan
