Sorry to have to correct you Style, but ASND fell from $52 to $40 after the announcement. CSCC was at $27+ and stayed about the same price. 0.7 times $40 = $28, less a bit for arbitrage. Sector, Thank you for the correction, but Style's (and my) point remains true: ASND dropped. Perhaps it was a necessary recognition that the change in direction of the company would have a short term impact. Yet, is there any chance that ASND would trade at $52 this year without CSCC? As RAS/RAC remains flat, I don't think so. Gary Korn
