If you think about Intel's DCAI division, it is circling the drain in 2025.

I just posted to RZ the other day that 50% revenue in DC CPU for AMD was within the realm of possibilities, and that was prior to Intel report.

Intel dropping the ball again, with Clearwater Forest is going to accelerate the shift from Intel to AMD, and today, I would say AMD breaking 50% MS went up from "within the realm of possibilities" to "likely".

The revenue shift would be between $750 million and $1 billion per quarter. Meaning AMD up by that much and Intel down by that much.

Intel's current meager Operating Margin of just 6.9%, or $200m, that's going to be a lot of red ink if the revenue is reduced by that much..

So, all the eggs are in Intel's client operation. Wall Street, IMO, is not processing very well in how bad Intel's situation is.
